Repat Start Up Mentorship Program was launched in Yerevan

Repat Armenia presented its new Start Up Mentorship Program on Tuesday, February 6th. The initiative is launched to help innovative individuals to take part in Armenia’s development.

The selected participants will have the opportunity to work side by side with an experienced mentor from their similar sector. They will also receive assistance with informational support. The participants will have an opportunity to place content on multiple platforms, including Repat Armenia’s website and will receive marketing and PR. The program also covers the cost of rent at a co-working space for 12 months and offers membership in the Armenian Repatriates Network which engages 5,000 people.

“Our main target are people who do not live in Armenia or those who moved recently, during last three years, - says Repat Armenia’s Executive Director Vartan Marashlyan. - It does not mean we won’t accept other applications, but this category of people is the most important for us as we try to support people to move to live here and implement their ideas in Armenia.”

Applicants should have previous experience in business or social entrepreneurship in the following fields (but not limited to) of tourism, medical services, technology, agriculture, communication and information, education, social initiatives or production.
