Nagorno-Karabakh Foreign Minister Sergey Ghazaryan at a briefing on 19 September called on the international community to take active steps to stop Azebaijan’s aggression against the people of Artsakh. “Calls alone will not stop Azerbaijan from its belligerent and criminal acts. We demand from the international community to take effective steps very urgently to stop Azerbaijan's aggression,” Ghazaryan said.

Armenian Defense Ministry on 19 September dismissed Azerbaijani false claims that units, hardware and personnel of Armenian Armed Forces are stationed in Artsakh.
