Armenian Defense Ministry has said Azerbaijani units opened fire in the direction of the Armenian Armed Forces' servicemen on 11 April at around 4 p.m. The incident occurred near the Tegh community of the Syunik region of Armenia.
According to the same source, as of 5:30 p.m. the Azerbaijani forces use mortars.
“The Armenian side resorted to retaliatory actions. According to preliminary information, the Armenian side has losses and wounded”, the statement by the Defense Ministry says without specifying their numbers.
