These days, if you start a conversation with a friend in a Yerevan café about investing money, there is likely to be some talk about the bonds available on the market and the best stocks to buy online. But, with the right advice, there is a lot of money to be made even before companies go public, and focusing only on stocks and bonds is a limited view of how one can invest their money today. “This is exactly the perception we are changing, here at New Venture Brokerage,” says CEO Marianna Movsesyan, “We provide access to stocks, bonds, ETFs, and other listed securities like any other brokerage, but we also go much further. Modern investors want access to companies before they go public, they want private placements, and venture deals. In simple terms, we help investors grow capital and we help businesses attract capital.”
Founded in 2023, New Venture Brokerage has set itself the mission of bridging the gap between those who want to access private market deals and high-growth companies, and those promising businesses who are seeking solutions beyond traditional bank lending. Still a young company, they had a breakthrough year in 2025 and are setting their ambitions high when it comes to 2026.
“Last year was a defining period for us, as we stepped onto the international stage. We established NVB Europe in Luxembourg under an AIFM license from the CSSF and launched the Hypernova Fund in the United States.
We closed $82 million in total volume, up from $68 million in 2024,” Marianna summarizes, “Venture investments reached $40 million across space, neuro-interfaces, nuclear energy, AI, and humanoid robotics. NVB supported $42 million in debt issuances, participated in 21 IPOs, and achieved a venture exit at nearly 300% return on investment.” Looking forward, she adds, “In 2026, we are not simply continuing this trajectory, we are scaling it, transforming New Venture Brokerage into a fully integrated, multi-jurisdiction platform across regulated markets in Europe and the United States.”
Any adventurous and visionary investor would be excited by what is on offer. The world is changing rapidly, and New Venture Brokerage is giving clients a front seat to all the action.
“These are infrastructure bets on transitions already underway. In humanoid robotics, OpenAI, SoftBank, Amazon, NVIDIA, and Tesla have staked positions, with Morgan Stanley revising its forecast to 1 billion units by 2050. NVB clients received early access to 1X Technologies,” Marianna explains, “In nuclear energy, hyperscalers like Alphabet, Amazon, and Microsoft are investing in small modular reactors, driving the SMR segment up over 300% since autumn 2024. NVB investors were positioned in X-energy ahead of its April 2026 IPO.”
Think of an exciting new sector for the future and New Venture Brokerage is ready to make you a part of the story. “In brain-computer interfaces, NVB clients secured access to Neuralink and Science Corp, with major insurers pre-approving reimbursements,” Marianna continues, “Space is the industry where we are most specialized, having offered private placements in SpaceX, Axiom Space, Quantum Space, Orbit Fab and more. SpaceX is targeting a $1.5 trillion valuation ahead of a planned IPO, a market where we are actively positioned.”
SpaceX has been the biggest story on Wall Street for several weeks and the hype does not look like it will die down anytime soon. But New Venture Brokerage is not just about short-term, big stories. They see the transformative potential of the investments they are targeting and there is a clear vision behind their approach.
“Hypernova Fund is the clearest expression of NVB’s long-term thesis. This is a U.S.-structured venture fund with a $30 million base size, a horizon of 6 to 8 years, and 20 portfolio companies spanning launch infrastructure, satellite systems, and orbital services,” Marianna explains, “Many hold contracts with NASA and the U.S. Department of Defense, providing stability uncommon in venture investing.”
Investors have good reason to be excited by what New Venture Brokerage offers, and the investee side also highly values their work. The company helps structure bond issuances, private placements, and tailored financing including ISIN registration, and works with family offices and institutions seeking investment solutions such as special purpose vehicles and managed strategies. This helps these high-potential companies gain much-needed financing that will help them scale and reward their investors.
The ambition that is driving this young company can be felt in the words and body language of their leader as she lays out her vision for New Venture Brokerage. “We want to become the leading bridge between regional capital and global opportunities. Investors in Yerevan should access the same quality of opportunities as those in London, Luxembourg, or New York,” she says, “Our slogan is ‘Investing beyond the obvious’ but these are not just words to us. We believe the future of investing lies beyond borders, beyond traditional products, and beyond the limitations that investors in smaller markets have historically faced. That is exactly what we aim to deliver.”
