The 9th ReAnimania International Animation Film & Comics Art Festival will take place in Yerevan on October 28 – November 3. It will be opened by "Loving Vincent", an animated film about Vincent Van Gogh's life.

The members of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council discussed IT, internal markets operation, trade, power industries and infrastructure issues during the meeting in Yerevan on October 25th. One of the key directions of negotiations concerned elimination of restrictions in the internal market of the EAEU in 2018-2019. The members also discussed initiatives for implementation of the EAEU digital agenda.
