Job Describtion:
Research the market, find new potential partners, promote and sell products and services offered by the employer. Approach potential customers to make sales and maintain excellent relationships with all clients. Work to reach sales quotas and deliver sales reports to upper management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Study and understand all facets of the products and services being offered
- Approach potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means
- Hone and deliver a skilled sales pitch to potential clients, either by phone or in person, in an effort to secure a sale
- Explain the benefits and potential audience of specific offerings to potential clients
- Detail pricing and negotiate costs when necessary
- Facilitate successful sales by collecting client information and providing order information to the company
- Add notes to records for each client call or meeting
- Track every purchase made to ensure that it is completed accurately and on time
- Work to maximize sales and meet quotas in the short and long term
- Maintain excellent relationships with all clients in the executive's portfolio
- Meet clients, attend tradeshows, or participate in industry events or trainings
- Receive bonuses for exceptional sales performance
- Follow up ongoing sales and projects
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or any other related filed
- At least 1 year of working experience in sales
- Proven and successful track record in aiding the achievement of a sales department’s goals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing and business development
- Exceptional communication skills both in verbal and written form
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Exceptional research and analytical skills
- Great presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Armenian, both oral and written, Upper-intermediate level of Russian is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure
- Sense of responsibility
