At the moment, there are no Armenians or citizens of Armenia among those killed or injures injured as a result of the fighting in Israel, the Armenian Embassy in Israel reported on 12 October.

The diplomatic mission noted that the Armenian Church in Jerusalem was also not damaged.

The report says that Armenians in Israel live in the cities of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Haifa, Petah Tikva and Bat Yam, and the Armenian Embassy is constantly in touch with local authorities, Armenian organizations and individuals.

It is noted that the hotline +972 50 6670345 (direct telephone line) continues to operate at the Armenian Embassy around the clock; the telephone number of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is also active +374 (55) 620111, which is also available in the WhatsApp and Viber applications.

The diplomatic mission reminds that the hotline of the Armenian Embassy has been operating since October 9, and most of the questions received so far related to the availability of flights to Armenia. The report also notes that Ben Gurion Airport currently remains operational and flights continue to operate.

In addition, the makes up a list of Armenian citizens who chose to return to Armenia.

“So far, problems have arisen only with the return of three citizens to Armenia; they are students of the Eastern Mediterranean International School in Tel Aviv. The Armenian Embassy in Israel provided them with the necessary assistance,” the readout says.

Let us recall that earlier the Armenian Embassy in Israel called on its citizens to refrain from visiting the southern regions of the country and immediately move to safer areas.
